Dr. Kashyap, Esq. is a Senior Lecturer/ Assistant Professor in Business Administration at Örebro University School of Business. She is also a postdoctoral researcher with the Swedish Royal Academy of Sciences and the Sustainable Finance Lab. With a Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland (USA) and a PhD in Business Administration from Uppsala University, Dr. Kashyap combines knowledge from the fields of law, governance, and accounting to focus on the delicate balance between risk, resilience, and innovation in financial systems. Notably, her current work addresses the areas of sustainability, financial technologies (FinTech), and risk perceptions and strategies of financial actors within the platform ecosystem fostered under the Second Payment Services Directive (PSD2).
